Ketna Patel Art Studio has a new project. We are collaborating with international fashion label, alldressedup for their Spring/Summer 2010 collection.

alldressedup is a contemporary, stylish and innovative fashion label with a penchant for eclectic and unique thematic design details. The brand’s philosophy is further realized with the cultivation of Asian artisans and infusing design elements inspired by the heritage of distinctive folk art reflected in selected collections throughout the seasons.

Ketna has always experimented with different mediums of art. Besides visual art, Ketna does functional art as well. For those familiar with Ketna’ work, you will know that she has incorporated her art into chairs, sofas and even lighting fixtures just to name a few. Her ASIA Pop series are a vibrant collage of Asian icons, symbols and street images, her Pop art inspired works reflects the resplendency of Asian life.

So for this season, alldressedup and Ketna Patel join forces and made POP Art into wearable art and collectible fashion – sexy feminine dresses, edgy mini skirts, off-shoulder tops and colourful scarfs.. encapsulating this season’s all-Asian narrative, contemporary perspective and future-forward vibe.
